The Church Hall is centrally situated on Stratford Road immediately adjoining the rear of St. Giles Church and just 200 metres from the Co-op store, Bridgford Road. There is restricted parking on Stratford Road so please check signs before parking. The West Bridgford Advice Centre is run by volunteers and our services are free of charge.
You do not need to make an appointment as we operate a drop-in session but you may be asked to wait if we are very busy.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by our receptionist who will take your details and a brief summary of your query before passing you on to an adviser as soon as possible. We make every effort to make sure that clients are seen in the order in which they arrive at the centre.
When visiting the centre, please try to bring the following: all relevant information relating to your query; letters, receipts, paperwork, copies of forms, dates of phone calls.
The safety of our volunteers and clients is very important. Please do not attend the Advice Centre if you are feeling unwell.
